That’s really great looking – this is behind the old strip mall, right? I’ve walked past it a bunch of times, and found that whole area pretty interesting.

Belmont between 14th and 15th is pretty interesting, it’s a nice mix of older buildings and newer condos, and I can imagine some of the buildings closer to 15th have a killer view of the park.
