They’ve been there for a few weeks now, but I’m just getting around to posting about them now. I’m not a biker, but I wonder, what do people feel about having bike lanes on non-major, one way streets? Is it easier to get around because there’s less traffic, or would you prefer bike lanes on U street or 14th street because then you can get where you’re going on a direct, major road?
I’ve already seen quite a few bikers going the wrong way on the bike lane on V. If you’re a biker does that drive you crazy or is it really not that big of a deal?
Sorry for my biker curiosity, but this is what I think about walking to/from the metro to work.
